We videotaped Carl, a Senior from Ohio State for this 2:17 minute informative video on How To Find A Boxing Trainer.

This is one of several short videos we captured of Carl during a single session.

We worked with Carl in advance to select the topics about which we could film during Carl's session and to prepare him so he was comfortable in front of the camera and knew what to say when the camera was rolling. This limited the number of mess-up / stops and starts, etc.
